Ground Within. Orient Beyond.

Intuitive massage means I work with you to come up with a session that is right for you. Maybe that includes targeted cupping and stretching, maybe it's a relaxing full-body massage, maybe both.

I offer 50-minute, 75-minute, or 90-minute sessions. Learn more.

Massage FAQs

What are your prices and session lengths?

90 minutes is $150
75 minutes is $135
50 minutes is $100

How do I know how long of a session to book?

90 minutes — This is my bread-and-butter length. 90 minutes bakes in time for a full body massage with some time to address specific problems, and ensure the nervous system has time to sink into relaxation and recovery. I highly suggest this for first-time clients to ensure there's enough time to explore and get to know what's going on in your body to create a comprehensive plan moving forward.

75 minutes — Great if you want a quick full body massage, without extra time for any specific work in problem areas. This is great if you are not working with a specific issue, but working on general recovery and well-being.

50 minutes* — Great if you have a specific problem we're working on addressing, like a shoulder, hip, or back problem. This is generally a maintenance appointment. *50-minute sessions are only offered for established clients.

Do you do deep tissue massage?

Yes, and… deep tissue massage is less about how much pressure is applied, and more about how willingly the tissue relaxes to allow deeper work. This means to get "deep tissue massage" I may employ deep pressure, cupping, scraping, nervous system relaxation, or a combo of techniques to make sure your body is receiving the work it needs to work at its optimal level.

Do you take insurance?

I work with the VA Community Care Network and can accept referrals through them. Please contact me for more information.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

I am located at 1129 Main Ave, Suite 203 in Durango.

Parking is paid, self-pay, and on Main, so plan ahead in case you need to walk a block or two.

Are you in an accessible location?

My office is on the second floor of the building, with about 20 steep stairs to reach it, so it can be hard to access with mobility issues.
